Die Gateway Real Estate AG („Gesellschaft“ und mit ihren Tochtergesellschaften „Gateway“ – WKN A0JJTG / ISIN DE000A0JJTG7) hat heute mit mehreren Finanzierungspartnern verbindliche Finanzierungsvereinbarungen zur Prolongation einer großvolumigen Projektentwicklung abgeschlossen. Auf Grundlage der heutigen Vereinbarungen ergibt sich eine positive Ergebnisauswirkung von über 100 Mio. EUR im Konzernzwischenabschluss zum 30. Juni 2025. Mit dieser Finanzierung ist ein zentraler Baustein im Rahmen der laufenden Abschlussarbeiten geschaffen worden, die in den kommenden Wochen planmäßig fortgeführt werden. Die Gesellschaft beabsichtigt daher, sowohl den testierten Konzernabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 als auch den Konzernzwischenabschluss zum 30. Juni 2025 im dritten Quartal 2025 zu veröffentlichen. Der konkrete Veröffentlichungstermin wird fristgerecht gemäß den gesetzlichen Anforderungen bekannt gegeben.
