EQS-Ad-hoc: Gateway Real Estate AG / Key word(s): Financing/Real Estate Gateway Real Estate AG secures financing for major project development - positive impact on earnings of over EUR 100 million - publication of consolidated and half-year financial statements in Q3 Berlin, June 30, 2025. Gateway Real Estate AG (“Company” and with its subsidiaries “Gateway” - WKN A0JJTG / ISIN DE000A0JJTG7) today concluded binding financing agreements with several financing partners for the prolongation of a large-volume project development. Based on today's agreements, there will be a positive impact on earnings of more than EUR 100 million in the interim consolidated financial statements as of June 30, 2025. This financing is a key component of the ongoing finalization of the financials, which will continue as planned in the coming weeks. The Company therefore intends to publish both the audited consolidated financial statements for the 2024 financial year and the interim consolidated financial statements as at June 30, 2025 in the third quarter of 2025. The specific publication date will be announced in due time in accordance with legal requirements.
