Pliezhausen, 17.12.2025, Der Vorstand der DATAGROUP SE (WKN: A0JC8S und ISIN: DE000A0JC8S7) hat beschlossen, der ordentlichen Hauptversammlung 2026 vorzuschlagen, aus dem Bilanzgewinn der Muttergesellschaft für das Geschäftsjahr 2024/2025 in Höhe von EUR 109.208.011,22 eine Dividende von EUR 0,04 je dividendenberechtigter Stückaktie auszuschütten. Der verbleibende Restbetrag soll auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen werden. Der Vorschlag entspricht der in der gemeinsamen Stellungnahme des Vorstands und des Aufsichtsrats zum öffentlichen Erwerbsangebot der Dante Beteiligungen SE angekündigten Neuausrichtung der Dividendenpolitik; Gewinne sollen demnach vorrangig reinvestiert werden, um so die finanzielle Flexibilität für Investitionen in Zukunftsfelder (u. a. KI, Cyber Security, Cloud) und die Skalierung des CORBOX-Geschäfts zu stärken. Der Vorschlag des Vorstands steht unter dem Vorbehalt der Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrats sowie des Beschlusses der ordentlichen Hauptversammlung 2026.
