Change in the Supervisory Board necessary
Pliezhausen, February 26, 2025: HHS Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbh ("HHS") has submitted a request to supplement the agenda for the Annual General Meeting on March 18, 2025. In this request, HHS requests that the new agenda item 6 "Resolution on the dismissal and election of a new member of the Supervisory Board" be placed on the agenda. Heinz Hilgert is unfortunately unable to continue as Chairman of the Supervisory Board for health reasons. In order to restore an unrestricted quorum of the Supervisory Board in the near future, HHS, in agreement with the company's Management Board and Supervisory Board, is requesting the dismissal of Heinz Hilgert as a member of the Supervisory Board. In his place, Manfred Boschatzke, Managing Partner of Human Network GmbH, is to be elected as a member of the Supervisory Board at the Annual General Meeting on March 18, 2025 for the remaining term of office of Mr. Hilgert. The term of office ends with the Annual General Meeting that resolves on the discharge of the members of the Supervisory Board for the 2025/2026 financial year.
