Mai 2026 wird der Vorsitz im Aufsichtsrat der PNE AG voraussichtlich wechseln. Das ist das Ergebnis der heutigen Sitzung des Aufsichtsrats. Hintergrund ist, dass der Finanzvorstand, Harald Wilbert, seinen Wunsch kommuniziert hatte, aus persönlichen Gründen vorzeitig aus dem Amt auszuscheiden. Der Aufsichtsrat hat einem Ausscheiden aus dem Amt zum Ablauf des 5. Juni 2026 zugestimmt. Die Position des CFO soll zunächst interimistisch besetzt werden. Geplant ist, dass Dirk Simons zum 20. Mai 2026 in den Vorstand entsandt wird und die Funktion bis zum 19. Mai 2027 übernehmen wird. In diesem Fall steht Dirk Simons nicht mehr als Aufsichtsratsvorsitzender zur Verfügung. Das Aufsichtsratsmitglied Marcel Egger hat sich bereit erklärt, den Vorsitz für den Fall seiner Wahl durch den Aufsichtsrat zu übernehmen. Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass die möglichen Änderungen noch entsprechender Einigungen mit den jeweiligen Personen und entsprechender Beschlüsse der zuständigen Organe bedürfen.
