Corporate News PNE verkauft weiteres Photovoltaikprojekt in Südafrika
Cuxhaven, 2. November 2026 - Die PNE-Gruppe setzt ihre erfolgreiche Projektentwicklung in Südafrika fort. Das Unternehmen hat kürzlich den Verkauf eines weiteren großen Photovoltaikprojekts in der Provinz Free State mit einer geplanten Nennleistung von 250 MW an einen bedeutenden unabhängigen Stromerzeuger (Independent Power Producer, IPP) aus Südafrika abgeschlossen. PNE South Africa wird das Projekt auch nach dem Verkauf weiterentwickeln und den Investor bis Financial Close bei der Projektentwicklung unterstützen. „Mit dem Verkauf dieses strategisch wichtigen Photovoltaikprojekts setzen wir unsere Projektentwicklung in Südafrika konsequent fort. Der Abschluss zeigt, dass unsere Teams vor Ort attraktive Projekte in internationalen Wachstumsmärkten entwickeln und erfolgreich vermarkten können. Gleichzeitig bleiben wir dem Projekt verbunden und bringen unsere Expertise in der weiteren Projektentwicklung ein“, sagt Roland Stanze, COO der PNE AG. „Die Transaktion unterstreicht zudem unsere Fähigkeit, aus unserer umfangreichen Projektpipeline kontinuierlich Werte zu realisieren und Projekte zum passenden Zeitpunkt zu veräußern.“ Südafrika ist ein bedeutender internationaler Markt für PNE. Zum Stand Juni 2026 umfasste die Projektpipeline der PNE-Gruppe dort rund 2.000 MW Photovoltaik sowie rund 2.800 MW Windenergie.
