Oktober 2026 – Der PNE-Konzern erwartet nach aktualisierter Planung für das Geschäftsjahr 2026 nunmehr ein EBITDA im Konzern zwischen 60 Mio. Euro und 75 Mio. Euro und ein EBITDA normalised zwischen 65 Mio. Euro und 80 Mio. Euro; nach der zuletzt veröffentlichten Guidance ging der Vorstand für das Geschäftsjahr 2026 noch von einem EBITDA im Konzern von 90 Mio. Euro bis 120 Mio. Euro und einem EBITDA normalised von 110 Mio. Euro bis 140 Mio. Euro aus. Vor dem Hintergrund eines insgesamt schwierigen Branchenumfelds hat die Gesellschaft ihre bisherigen Einschätzungen zu den erwarteten Veräußerungszeitpunkten vor allem von Windparkprojekten neu bewertet. Sie rechnet nun damit, dass die ursprünglich angestrebten Ergebnisbeiträge teilweise nicht mehr im Geschäftsjahr 2026 sondern erst 2027 realisiert werden können. Gleichzeitig hat sich die Gesellschaft entschieden, einige der in Betrieb befindlichen Windparks, die ursprünglich zum Verkauf geplant waren, im Eigenbestand zu halten.
