PLANOPTIK AG: Veräußerung der AIRTUNE GmbH Die PLANOPTIK AG hat heute 100% der Anteile an der AIRTUNE GmbH veräußert. Die Veräußerung wird keinen maßgeblichen Einfluss auf das Ergebnis der PLANOPTIK AG haben. Die AIRTUNE GmbH produziert und vermarktet Produkte zur Beseitigung von Gerüchen und zählte damit bei vergleichsweise niedrigen Umsätzen nicht zum Kerngeschäft des PLANOPTIK Konzerns. Die Veräußerung erfolgte im Zusammenhang mit der Fokussierung auf das Kerngeschäft. Mit den frei werdenden Ressourcen soll der Vertrieb für besonders aussichtsreiche, rentable und wachstumsstarke Produkte der Mikrosystemtechnik gestärkt werden.
