Düsseldorf, Deutschland, 09. Juli 2026 – Die H2 Core AG (ISIN: DE000A0H1GY2) hat ihr erstes Geschäftshalbjahr 2025 (1. Januar bis 30. Juni 2025) mit einem voraussichtlichen Jahresfehlbetrag (Einzelabschluss nach HGB) in Höhe von 149 TEUR (Vergleichszeitraum 1. HJ 2024 („VZ“): Fehlbetrag 455 TEUR) sowie mit frei verfügbaren liquiden Mitteln (bestehend aus Kassen- und Bankbeständen) in Höhe von rund 1 TEUR per 30. Juni 2025 (Vorjahr 31. Dezember 2024: 2,5 TEUR) abgeschlossen. Das vorläufige Ergebnis beinhaltet sonstige betriebliche Erträge in Höhe von 49 TEUR (VZ: 0 TEUR), Personalaufwand in Höhe von 89 TEUR (VZ: 22 TEUR), sonstige betriebliche Aufwendungen in Höhe von 116 TEUR (VZ: 433 TEUR) sowie ein Finanzergebnis in Höhe von +7 TEUR (VZ: 0 TEUR). Die sonstigen betrieblichen Aufwendungen beinhalten im Wesentlichen Rechts- und Beratungskosten (33 TEUR), Abschluss- und Prüfungskosten (25 TEUR), Kosten für Börsennotierung und Kapitalmarktkommunikation (20 TEUR), Versicherungskosten (16 TEUR) sowie Aufsichtsratsvergütungen (7 TEUR). Die vorläufige Bilanz zum 30. Juni 2025 nach HGB weist einen nicht durch Eigenkapital gedeckten Fehlbetrag von 316 TEUR aus. Das genannte vorläufige Ergebnis beruht auf der vom Vorstand am 9.
