EQS-Ad-hoc: H2 Core AG / Schlagwort(e): Insolvenz Die H2 Core AG gibt bekannt, dass sie unverzüglich einen Antrag auf Eröffnung eines Insolvenzverfahrens stellen wird. Dies ist das Ergebnis der angekündigten Bestandsaufnahme durch den neu bestellten Vorstand. Angestrebt wird ein Verfahren in Eigenverwaltung. Der operative Betrieb der Tochter H2 Core Systems GmbH wird hierdurch zunächst nicht unmittelbar beeinträchtigt. Ziel ist es, das Bestandsgeschäft der Tochtergesellschaft fortzuführen.
