Heide, 30. Juni 2026 – Die H2 Core AG gibt bekannt, dass Herr Hansjörg Plaggemars heute mit Wirkung zum 1. Juli 2026 zum neuen Alleinvorstand der Gesellschaft bestellt wurde. Der neue Vorstand wird unverzüglich die aktuelle Situation der Gesellschaft analysieren. Dazu wird insbesondere die Statusprüfung in Bezug auf den Jahresabschluss gehören sowie die Klärung der Frage, ob die Gesellschaft finanziell überlebensfähig ist.
