EQS-Ad-hoc: MBB SE / Schlagwort(e): Dividende Veröffentlichung einer Insiderinformation gemäß Artikel 17 MAR MBB SE schlägt Hauptversammlung zum 15. Mal in Folge eine Erhöhung der Basisdividende auf 1,11 € sowie eine Jubiläumsdividende von 2,22 € vor Berlin, 27. März 2025 – Der Verwaltungsrat und die Geschäftsführenden Direktoren der MBB SE (ISIN DE000A0ETBQ4) haben heute beschlossen, der für den 17. Juni 2025 geplanten Hauptversammlung zum 15. Mal in Folge eine Erhöhung der Basisdividende auf 1,11 € pro Aktie vorzuschlagen. Zusätzlich schlägt das Management anlässlich des 30-jährigen Jubiläums der MBB eine Sonderdividende in Höhe von 2,22 € vor. In Summe würde die Dividende damit 3,33 € pro Aktie betragen. Einschließlich dieser Dividende wird MBB seit dem Börsengang 2006 durch Aktienrückkäufe und Dividenden insgesamt 233 Mio. € an ihre Aktionäre ausgezahlt haben. Der Geschäftsbericht 2024 wird am 31. März 2025 unter www.mbb.com veröffentlicht.
