EQS-Ad-hoc: MBB SE / Schlagwort(e): Aktienrückkauf Veröffentlichung einer Insiderinformation gemäß Artikel 17 MAR MBB SE passt Aktienrückkaufprogramm 2024/II an und kauft Aktien bis zu einem Kurs von 150,00 € Berlin, 20. März 2025 – MBB SE (ISIN DE000A0ETBQ4), ein mittelständisches Familienunternehmen, hat heute beschlossen, von der Ermächtigung der Hauptversammlung vom 26. Juni 2024 zum Erwerb eigener Aktien gemäß § 71 Abs. 1 Nr. 8 AktG Gebrauch zu machen und das am 30. Oktober 2024 bekanntgegebene und am 15. November 2024 begonnene Aktienrückkaufprogramm 2024/II anzupassen. Vor dem Hintergrund der positiven Kursentwicklung der letzten Wochen sowie der weiterhin attraktiven Bewertung der MBB-Aktie wird der maximale Preis pro Aktie auf 150,00 € erhöht (bisher 120,00 € pro Aktie). Alle sonstigen Bedingungen des Aktienrückkaufprogrammes 2024/II, insbesondere das maximale Volumen von 15,0 Mio. €, bleiben unverändert. Das Aktienrückkaufprogramm soll spätestens am 30. April 2025 enden. Der Aktienrückkauf erfolgt nach Maßgabe der Safe-Harbour-Regelungen des Artikels 5 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 596/2014 des Europäischen Parlaments und Rates vom 16. April 2014 in Verbindung mit den Bestimmungen der Delegierten Verordnung (EU) 2016/1052 der Kommission vom 8. März 2016.
