MBB SE berichtet Zahlen für 2025, schlägt Erhöhung der Basisdividende auf 1,21 €/Aktie vor und erwartet für 2026 einen Umsatz von 1,1-1,2 Mrd. € bei einer EBITDA-Marge von 15-18 % Berlin, 31. März 2026 – MBB SE (ISIN DE000A0ETBQ4), ein mittelständisches Familienunternehmen, hat das Geschäftsjahr 2025 mit einem Umsatz von 1.170, 0 Mio. € (Vorjahr 1.068,4 Mio. €) sowie einer bereinigten EBITDA-Marge von 18,6 % (Vorjahr: 14,0 %) abgeschlossen. Dies entspricht einer Steigerung des bereinigten EBITDA von 46 % auf 216,9 Mio. € (Vorjahr: 149,1 Mio. €). Wesentlicher Treiber war die starke Entwicklung bei Friedrich Vorwerk sowie DTS. Die Nettoliquidität der Gruppe lag bei 763,8 Mio. € (31. Dezember 2024: 553,9 Mio. €), wovon 373,6 Mio. € auf die Holding MBB SE entfielen (31. Dezember 2024: 280,8 Mio. €). Vor dem Hintergrund der sehr positiven Geschäftsentwicklung 2025, haben Verwaltungsrat und Geschäftsführende Direktoren beschlossen, der für den 03. Juni 2026 geplanten Hauptversammlung zum 16. Mal in Folge eine Erhöhung der Basisdividende auf 1,21 € pro Aktie vorzuschlagen. Für das Geschäftsjahr 2026 erwartet MBB einen Umsatz von 1,1-1,2 Mrd. € bei einer bereinigten EBITDA-Marge von 15-18 %. Der vollständige Geschäftsbericht 2025 ist unter www.mbb.com verfügbar.
