EQS-Adhoc: Nürnberger Beteiligungs-AG: Vorstand schlägt Ausschüttung einer Dividende von 0,14 Euro je Aktie für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 vor

EQS-Ad-hoc: Nürnberger Beteiligungs-AG / Schlagwort(e): Dividende Der Vorstand der NÜRNBERGER Beteiligungs-AG hat heute beschlossen, angesichts eines für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 erwarteten negativen Konzernergebnisses von -65 Millionen Euro bis -85 Millionen Euro (Ad-hoc-Mitteilung vom 21.11.2024) sowie eines auf Grundlage der vorläufigen, noch nicht testierten Geschäftszahlen heute erwarteten Bilanzgewinns der NÜRNBERGER Beteiligungs-AG von rund 1,6 Millionen Euro der ordentlichen Hauptversammlung am 14. Mai 2025 vorzuschlagen, eine Dividende von 0,14 EUR je Aktie (insgesamt rund 1,6 Millionen Euro) für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 auszuschütten.
Für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurde bei einem Konzernergebnis von rund 42,8 Millionen Euro sowie einem Bilanzgewinn von rund 49,5 Millionen Euro eine Dividende von 3,50 Euro je Aktie (insgesamt rund 40,3 Millionen Euro) ausgeschüttet.
