EQS-Ad-hoc: Wüstenrot & Württembergische AG / Schlagwort(e): Sonstiges Die Wüstenrot & Württembergische AG (W&W) hat heute beschlossen, die Beendigung der Zulassung ihrer Aktien zum regulierten Markt und die Einbeziehung ihrer Aktien in das Freiverkehrssegment Scale der Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse zu beantragen. Der Wechsel in das Freiverkehrssegment ermöglicht der W&W einen deutlich geringeren regulatorischen und administrativen Aufwand. Die W&W rechnet damit, dass der Wechsel voraussichtlich zum 6. Oktober 2026 wirksam wird.
An den positiven Kosteneffekten sollen die Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre beteiligt werden. Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat beabsichtigen, der Hauptversammlung daher ab 2027 die Ausschüttung einer um 10 Cent erhöhten Dividende in Höhe von 0,75 Euro je dividendenberechtigter Aktie vorzuschlagen.
