Die Wüstenrot & Württembergische AG (W&W AG) hat am 27. Oktober erfolgreich eine Nachranganleihe über 300 Millionen Euro emittiert. Die Laufzeit der Anleihe liegt bei 20 Jahren mit einer Kündigungsoption nach 10 Jahren. Der Anleihekupon beträgt 4,983 Prozent, was einem Aufschlag zur Swap Rate (258,3 bp) von 240 Basispunkten entspricht. Die begleitenden Emissionsbanken waren Morgan Stanley (Lead Book Runner) und die LBBW. Die Emission stieß am Kapitalmarkt auf reges Interesse und wurde von internationalen Kapitalanlegern aus Europa und UK gezeichnet.
