EQS-Ad-hoc: Daldrup & Söhne AG / Schlagwort(e): Vorläufiges Ergebnis/Gewinnwarnung Veröffentlichung einer Insiderinformation gemäß Artikel 17 MAR Daldrup & Söhne AG erwirtschaftet im Geschäftsjahr2024 eine EBIT-Marge von rund 12 % Oberhaching / Ascheberg, 24. März 2025 - Die Daldrup & Söhne AG wird gemäß vorläufigen, nicht testierten Zahlen für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 (zum 31.12.) eine Gesamtleistung im Konzern von rund 55 Mio. Euro erwirtschaften. Das Konzern-EBIT wird bei rund 6,8 Mio. Euro liegen. Das entspricht einer EBIT-Marge von rund 12 %. Damit liegen sowohl die Gesamtleistung als auch die EBIT-Marge über der am 27. August 2024 angehobenen Prognose (50 Mio. Euro Gesamtleistung, EBIT-Marge zwischen 7 % bis 9 %). Der Konzernjahresabschluss 2024 wird planmäßig am 30. Mai 2025 veröffentlicht.
