Mettlach, 24.04.2026 – Der Aufsichtsrat der Villeroy & Boch AG und die Vorsitzende des Vorstandes Frau Gabi Schupp haben sich heute geeinigt, dass sie im allerbesten Einvernehmen und aus persönlichen Gründen am 31.05.2026 aus dem Unternehmen ausscheidet. Der Aufsichtsrat hat gleichzeitig eine Neuaufstellung des Vorstands beschlossen. Der Vorstand der Villeroy & Boch AG besteht künftig aus vier Mitgliedern. Georg Lörz verantwortet den Unternehmensbereich Bad & Wellness und übernimmt die Funktion des Vorstandssprechers. Dr. Peter Domma führt den Unternehmensbereich Dining & Lifestyle sowie die Bereiche Digitalisierung und IT. Dr. Markus Warncke ist weiterhin für Finanzen zuständig. Esther Jehle verantwortet Personal & Organisationsentwicklung und führt den Bereich Operations innerhalb des Unternehmensbereichs Bad & Wellness.
