RESTART Limited Company (“RESTART”), which specialises in construction and infrastructure solutions, has ordered EFOY Pro methanol fuel cells and accessories. This is the first time that SFC Energy delivers its solutions to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The contract will contribute to both revenue and earnings in the financial year 2025. RESTART will use SFC's fuel cell technology for Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) and other public safety monitoring systems. Furthermore, RESTART’s commitment to clean energy aligns seamlessly with the Saudi Vision 2030, focusing on clean energy and finding innovative solutions to diversify and minimize traditional energy sources. The order follows an intensive proof-of-concept phase carried out by RESTART and the user over several months at various locations. During this time, RESTART and the user thoroughly tested and compared the performance of other solutions in a trial setup in the high-temperature locations of Saudi Arabia. SFC's fuel cell technology has proven its performance, reliability and low-maintenance requirements, outperforming the competition even in these harsh and demanding climatic conditions. Dr. Peter Podesser, CEO of SFC Energy AG: “Partnering with RESTART marks a significant step in strengthening our presence in the Middle East, a key region for our global growth strategy.
