Die WashTec AG führt den eingeschlagenen Weg der Transformation zu einem Solution Provider entschlossen fort. Neben den berichteten Verzögerungen bei aufgelegten Effizienzprogrammen führt eine Straffung der Organisation zu weiteren Ergebnisbelastungen. Die Gesellschaft geht nunmehr für das Geschäftsjahr 2026 nach wie vor von einem Umsatzwachstum im mittleren einstelligen Prozentbereich (2025: Mio.€ 498,8) aus, wobei der Consumables-Umsatz stabil, jedoch hinter den Erwartungen zurückblieb. Im Vergleich zum Vorjahr erwartet die Gesellschaft eine rückläufige EBIT-Marge vor allem aufgrund von Einmalmaßnahmen, Umstrukturierungen und Verzögerungen bei den Effizienprogrammen zwischen 8 % und 9 % (bisher: im Verhältnis zum Umsatzwachstum überproportionale EBIT-Steigerung) und damit auch einem unter dem Vorjahr liegenden ROCE (bisher: Steigerung des ROCE um 0,5 – 2,0 Prozentpunkte).
