EQS-Ad-hoc: Turbon AG / Schlagwort(e): Halbjahresergebnis/Prognoseänderung Adhoc-Mitteilung nach Art. 17 MAR der Turbon AG Turbon AG – Zahlen des ersten Halbjahres und Anpassung der Prognose Der Turbon Konzern hat im ersten Halbjahr 2025 einen Umsatz von 26,4 Millionen Euro (erstes Halbjahr 2024: 27,7 Millionen Euro) und ein Ergebnis vor Steuern (EBT) in Höhe von minus 0,3 Millionen Euro (erstes Halbjahr 2024: 1,1 Millionen Euro) erzielt. Damit blieben Umsatz und insbesondere das Ergebnis vor Steuern hinter der im Konzernabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 gegebenen Prognose zurück. Die Verfehlung der Prognose ist auf sehr schwierige Marktbedingungen in Teilen des Segmentes Turbon.Electrics/Electronics (Turbon.E/E) sowie Turbon.Services zurückzuführen. Vor dem Hintergrund des bisherigen Geschäftsverlaufs und der Veräußerung unserer Geschäftsanteile an der Turbon Electronic Technologies GmbH (Mitteilung vom 6. August 2025) müssen wir die Prognose für das Geschäftsjahr 2025 anpassen: Wir halten einen Umsatz von über 51 Millionen Euro für erzielbar und ein Ergebnis vor Steuern zwischen minus 0,5 und minus 1,0 Millionen Euro für realistisch. Bei dieser Prognose haben wir die infolge des Verkaufs unserer Geschäftsanteile an der Turbon Electronic Technologies GmbH entfallenden Beiträge zu Umsatz und Ergebnis vor Steuern berücksichtigt. Auswirkungen aus der Entkonsolidierung sind in dem erwarteten Ergebnis vor Steuern noch nicht abgebildet. Details können dem Konzernzwischenabschluss zum 30.
