EQS-Ad-hoc: Turbon AG / Schlagwort(e): Verkauf/Beteiligung/Unternehmensbeteiligung Adhoc-Mitteilung nach Art. 17 MAR der Turbon AG Turbon AG – Veräußerung der Beteiligung an der Turbon Electronic Technologies GmbH an den Mitgesellschafter Die Turbon AG hat ihre sämtlichen Geschäftsanteile im Umfang von 50,004 Prozent an der Turbon Electronic Technologies GmbH, Möser, an ihren Mitgesellschafter veräußert und sämtliche Geschäftsanteile an der RoPro Produktions GmbH Produktion + Fertigung von Elektronikbaugruppen, Aschaffenburg, sowie der Turbon SE-TEC Electronics S.R.L., Oltenita, Rumänien, von der Turbon Electronic Technologies GmbH, Möser, erworben. In dem sich verändernden und herausfordernder werdenden Marktumfeld konnte keine Einigung in Bezug auf eine aus Sicht der Turbon AG erforderliche Anpassung der Unternehmensstrategie gefunden werden. Die Turbon Gruppe wird die Aktivitäten im Bereich Electronic Manufacturing Services mit der RoPro Produktions GmbH Produktion + Fertigung von Elektronikbaugruppen, Aschaffenburg, sowie der Turbon SE-TEC Electronics S.R.L., Oltenita, Rumänien, fortführen.
