EQS-Ad-hoc: IVU Traffic Technologies AG / Schlagwort(e): Personalie Berlin, 21. November 2025 | Der Aufsichtsrat beruft Petra Meiser zum 1. April 2026 als CFO in den Vorstand der IVU Traffic Technologies AG.
Petra Meiser (47) ist studierte Wirtschaftsjuristin und begann ihre Karriere im Finanz- und Strategiebereich bei der damaligen DaimlerChrysler AG. In den folgenden Jahren übernahm sie verschiedene Führungspositionen, unter anderem als ‚Global Head of Corporate M&A‘ bei der damaligen Daimler AG und später als CFO beim niederländischen Softwarespezialisten Here Technologies. Zuletzt arbeitete sie als Equity Partnerin bei der Strategieberatung EY Parthenon. Als neue Finanzvorständin der IVU verantwortet Petra Meiser künftig die Bereiche Finanzen, Recht und Compliance, dies beinhaltet auch die Beziehung zu nationalen und internationalen Investoren. Zusammen mit dem Vorstandsvorsitzenden und CEO Martin Müller-Elschner (57) und COO Leon Struijk (55) ist der Vorstand der IVU nun wieder komplett.
