EQS-Ad-hoc: TAKKT AG / Schlagwort(e): Dividenden TAKKT-Vorstand schlägt Aussetzung der Dividende vor Auf Basis vorläufiger und ungeprüfter Zahlen hat TAKKT im Geschäftsjahr 2025 ein organisches Umsatzwachstum von minus 6,6 Prozent erzielt. Bei einem Umsatz von 964,3 (1.052,9) Millionen Euro lag die um einmalige Aufwendungen bereinigte EBITDA-Marge bei 3,8 (6,9) Prozent und der Free Cashflow bei 10,3 (68,1) Millionen Euro. Die Entwicklung entsprach damit insgesamt der zuletzt veröffentlichten Prognose von TAKKT, die von einem organischen Umsatzwachstum zwischen minus 8 und minus 4 Prozent, einer bereinigten EBITDA-Marge am unteren Ende des Korridors von 4 bis 6 Prozent und einem Free Cashflow zwischen 10 und 20 Millionen Euro ausging. Aufgrund von nicht zahlungswirksamen Wertminderungen auf Geschäfts- und Firmenwerte in Höhe von insgesamt 125,5 Millionen Euro war das Ergebnis je Aktie mit minus 1,88 (minus 0,64) Euro deutlich negativ. Im aktuellen Umfeld priorisiert TAKKT Investitionen in die Stärkung des Geschäftsmodells. Daher wird der Vorstand der TAKKT AG vorschlagen, für das Geschäftsjahr 2025 keine Dividende auszuschütten. Im Vorjahr lag die Dividende bei 0,60 Euro je Aktie. TAKKT beabsichtigt, substanzielle Ausschüttungen wieder aufzunehmen, sobald Ergebnis und Free Cashflow dies nachhaltig erlauben.
