März 2026 – Vor dem Hintergrund kursierender Gerüchte bestätigt die CECONOMY AG (ISIN: DE0007257503, Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse: CEC, "Gesellschaft"), dass das Präsidium des Aufsichtsrats der Gesellschaft beabsichtigt, den bisherigen Finanzvorstand der Gesellschaft, Herrn Remko Rijnders, als Nachfolger von Herrn Dr. Deissner und künftigen Vorstandsvorsitzenden der Gesellschaft vorzuschlagen.
