EQS-Ad-hoc: SGL CARBON SE / Schlagwort(e): Personalie/Personalie Wiesbaden, 21. März 2024. Der Vorstandsvorsitzende der SGL Carbon SE, Dr. Torsten Derr, hat heute den Aufsichtsratsvorsitzenden darüber informiert, dass er seinen am 31. Mai 2025 endenden Vertrag nicht verlängern wird.
Dr. Derr wird seine Aufgaben bis zur Neubesetzung des Vorstandsvorsitzes, längstens bis 31. Mai 2025 fortführen. Der Aufsichtsrat wird unverzüglich mit der Suche nach einem Nachfolger für Dr. Torsten Derr beginnen.
