EQS-Ad-hoc: Sedlmayr Grund und Immobilien Aktiengesellschaft / Schlagwort(e): Bedeutende Verträge Sedlmayr Grund und Immobilien AG: Verkauf von Projektentwicklungsgrundstücken in Berlin München, 23.10.2026 - Die Sedlmayr & Co. Projektentwicklungs GmbH mit Sitz in München, eine Tochtergesellschaft der Sedlmayr Grund und Immobilien AG, hat ein Grundstück des Berliner Projektentwicklungsportfolios verkauft. Zusammen mit den bisherigen, betragsmäßig kleineren Verkäufen aus diesem Portfolio konnte nun mit dem weiteren Grundstücksverkauf ein Gesamttransaktionsvolumen in Höhe eines niedrigen zweistelligen Millionenbetrags realisiert werden. Aus diesen Transaktionen resultiert ein Wertberichtigungsbedarf auf Basis des Wertansatzes der jeweiligen Grundstücke im Konzernabschluss 2024/2025 der Sedlmayr Grund und Immobilien AG in Höhe von insgesamt rund 1,8 Mio. EUR. Die Sedlmayr & Co. Projektentwicklungs GmbH hält zusammen mit der HF Sedlmayr Grundstücksverwaltungs-Beteiligungs GmbH die Anteile an sieben Projektgesellschaften. Diese Projektgesellschaften halten ein Portfolio von Projektentwicklungsgrundstücken in Berlin. Einschätzungen zu möglichen Wertberichtigungen aus weiteren Grundstücksverkäufen aus dem Berliner Projektentwicklungsportfolio oder in Folge der anstehenden Grundstücksbewertung zum 30. September 2026 können zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt nicht getroffen werden.
