EQS-Ad-hoc: Schulte-Schlagbaum AG / Schlagwort(e): Dividende/Jahresergebnis Schulte Schlagbaum AG: Dividende für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 Die Schulte-Schlagbaum AG bestätigt die Prognose für den Konzernabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2024. Im Geschäftsjahr 2024 hat der Konzern Umsatzerlöse in Höhe von rund 57.320 TEUR erzielt. Im Vergleich zum Vorjahr entspricht dies einem leichten Rückgang von rund 1,7 %. Insgesamt ist das betriebliche Ergebnis (EBIT) des Konzerns auf +737 TEUR (Vorjahr: -1.921 TEUR) sowie das Konzernergebnis auf +271 TEUR (Vorjahr: -2.338 TEUR) gestiegen. Der Aufsichtsrat hat in seiner Sitzung am 29. April 2025 den Jahresabschluss (inkl. Lagebericht) der Schulte-Schlagbaum AG zum 31. Dezember 2024 festgestellt und den Konzernabschluss (inkl. Konzernlagebericht) zum 31. Dezember 2024 gebilligt. Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat schlagen der am 25. Juni 2025 stattfindenden Hauptversammlung vor, eine Dividende in Höhe von 4,00 EUR pro Stückaktie auszuzahlen. Der darüberhinausgehende Betrag soll auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen werden.
