KGaA (ISIN DE0007074007) Einbeck, 24. September 2025 – Der Vorstand der persönlich haftenden Gesellschafterin der KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA („KWS“), KWS SE, sowie der Aufsichtsrat der KWS haben heute gemeinsam die Anpassung der Dividendenpolitik beschlossen. KWS strebt zukünftig eine erhöhte Ausschüttungsquote von 25 bis 30 % (bisher 20 bis 25%) des bereinigten Ergebnisses nach Steuern im Einklang mit der erwarteten zukünftigen Gewinnentwicklung und den Prioritäten für die Kapitalallokation an. Wie in der Vergangenheit misst KWS einer langfristigen Kontinuität der Dividendenentwicklung eine hohe Bedeutung bei. Für das Geschäftsjahr 2024/2025 schlagen Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat der ordentlichen Hauptversammlung am 3. Dezember 2025 die Ausschüttung einer Dividende in Höhe von 1,25 (1,00) € je Aktie vor.
