PITTLER Maschinenfabrik AG: Einzel- und Konzernergebnis zum 31.12.2024 voraussichtlich unter Prognose Langen, 14. April 2025 – Der Vorstand der PITTLER Maschinenfabrik Aktiengesellschaft (ISIN DE0006925001, die „PITTLER AG“) hat heute festgestellt, dass die Prognosen für das Einzel- und das Konzernergebnis der PITTLER AG für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 voraussichtlich unterschritten werden. Der Vorstand erwartet für das Einzelergebnis der PITTLER AG im Geschäftsjahr 2024 nunmehr ein negatives Ergebnis in Höhe von ca. -159 TEUR. Für das Konzernergebnis der PITTLER AG wird im Geschäftsjahr 2024 nunmehr ein positives Ergebnis (Periodenergebnis) in Höhe von ca. 719 TEUR erwartet. Bisher wurden für die PITTLER AG ein Ergebnis in Höhe von ca. 250 TEUR und für den Konzern ein Ergebnis in Höhe von ca. 1,0 Mio. EUR erwartet. Die erwartete Ergebnisverschlechterung im Einzelabschluss ist vor allem auf eine geringere Gewinnabführung einer Tochtergesellschaft zurückzuführen. Im Konzernabschluss ist die erwartete Ergebnisverschlechterung vor allem auf das unter den Erwartungen liegende Ergebnis im Segment Präzisionswerkzeuge zurückzuführen.
