EQS-Ad-hoc: CHAPTERS Group AG / Schlagwort(e): Kapitalerhöhung Die Privatplatzierung der am 31.03.2025 beschlossenen Kapitalerhöhung unter Bezugsrechtsauschluss durch die Ausgabe neuer Aktien wurde am heutigen Tage erfolgreich in Umfang von 471.219 neuen Aktien abgeschlossen. Der Bezugspreis betrug €35,00 je neuer Aktie, wodurch der Bruttoemissionserlös aus der Kapitalerhöhung rund €16,5 Mio. beträgt.
