CHAPTERS Group AG („CHAPTERS“) hat erfolgreich eine Aufstockung (Tap Issue) ihrer Inhaberschuldverschreibung 2025/2030 (ISIN DE000A4DFK32, WKN A4DFK3) im Wege einer Privatplatzierungmit einem Volumen von EUR 40 Millionen abgeschlossen und das ausstehende Gesamtvolumen damit auf EUR 72 Millionen erhöht. Die Anleihe ist nicht besichert und wird mit einem festen Zinssatz von 7,00 % p.a. verzinst, zahlbar halbjährlich am 8. Februar und 8. August – erstmals am 8. Februar 2026. Die Emission erfolgte zu 100 % (pari) am 8. August 2025 und wird am 8. August 2030 zu pari zurückgezahlt. Die Emission ist als Rahmenemission über bis zu EUR 100 Millionen strukturiert. CHAPTERS kann daher weitere Anleihen mit identischen Bedingungen („Tap Issues“) begeben und diese mit der bestehenden Serie zusammenfassen. CEO Jan-Hendrik Mohr kommentiert: „Die starke Nachfrage der Investoren nach unserer Anleihe bestätigt das Vertrauen in das Geschäftsmodell und die strategische Ausrichtung von CHAPTERS. Die Aufstockung spiegelt unsere aktive M&A-Pipeline wider und stärkt die Fähigkeit von CHAPTERS, schnell auf attraktive Marktchancen zu reagieren. Diese Emission erhöht unsere finanzielle Flexibilität weiter und unterstützt sowohl das organische als auch das anorganische Wachstum.“ Die zusätzlichen Schuldverschreibungen werden in den Open Market (Freiverkehr) unter der bestehenden ISIN/WKN der Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse einbezogen. Quirin Privatbank AG fungiert als Zahl- und Abwicklungsstelle.
