Die CHAPTERS Group AG („CHAPTERS") hat erfolgreich eine Aufstockung ihrer Inhaberschuldverschreibung 2025/2030 (ISIN DE000A4DFK32, WKN A4DFK3) im Wege einer Privatplatzierung mit einem Volumen von EUR 10 Mio. durchgeführt und damit den ausstehenden Gesamtbetrag auf EUR 82 Mio. erhöht. Die Schuldverschreibungen sind unbesichert und tragen einen festen Kupon von 7,00 % p.a., zahlbar halbjährlich am 8. Februar und 8. August. Sie wurden am 8. August 2025 zum Nennwert ausgegeben und werden am 8. August 2030 zum Nennwert zurückgezahlt. Die Emission ist als Rahmenanleihe mit einem Volumen von bis zu EUR 100 Mio. strukturiert. CHAPTERS kann daher weitere Schuldverschreibungen zu identischen Konditionen ausgeben („Tap Issues") und diese mit der bestehenden Serie konsolidieren. Die Aufstockung wurde zu 97 % begeben. Die Einbeziehung der zusätzlichen Schuldverschreibungen in den Freiverkehr der Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse wurde beantragt.
