EQS-Ad-hoc: CHAPTERS Group AG / Schlagwort(e): Kapitalerhöhung Der Vorstand der CHAPTERS Group AG (ISIN DE0006618309) hat heute mit Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrats die Durchführung einer Kapitalerhöhung unter Bezugsrechtsausschluss durch Ausgabe von bis zu 471.219 neuen Aktien beschlossen. Das Grundkapital der Gesellschaft soll dabei unter teilweiser Ausnutzung des genehmigten Kapitals von €22.986.027,00 um bis zu €471.219,00 auf bis zu €23.457.246,00 gegen Bareinlagen erhöht werden. Die neuen auf den Inhaber lautende Stammaktien (Stückaktien) werden ausschließlich ausgewählten professionellen Investoren im Rahmen einer Privatplatzierung angeboten. Der Ausgabepreis wurde auf €35,00 je neue Aktie festgesetzt. Die durch die Kapitalerhöhung erhaltenen Mittel werden zur weiteren Beschleunigung des Unternehmenswachstums eingesetzt.
