EQS-Ad-hoc: GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft / Schlagwort(e): Geschäftszahlen / Halbjahr/Prognose / Gesamtjahr Vorläufige Zahlen für das zweite Quartal 2026 übertreffen Markterwartung - Anhebung der Guidance für das Gesamtjahr Auf Basis vorläufiger Zahlen erzielt GEA im zweiten Quartal 2026 einen Auftragseingang von 1,49 Mrd. € (VARA-Konsensus: 1,41 Mrd. €). Beim Umsatz verzeichnet GEA einen Wert von 1,44 Mrd. € (VARA-Konsensus: 1,38 Mrd. €), wobei sich das organische Umsatzwachstum* auf 11,0 Prozent beläuft (VARA-Konsensus: 6,3 Prozent). Das EBITDA vor Restrukturierungsaufwand* beträgt 250 Mio. € (VARA-Konsensus: 233 Mio. €) und die entsprechende EBITDA-Marge* erreicht 17,4 Prozent (VARA-Konsensus: 16,9 Prozent). Daher erhöht GEA die Guidance für das Geschäftsjahr 2026 wie folgt:
