Die GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft hat heute ein neues Rückkaufprogramm für eigene Aktien beschlossen. Das neue Programm mit einem Volumen von bis zu 500 Mio. EUR basiert auf der Ermächtigung der Ordentlichen Hauptversammlung vom 30. April 2025. Das Programm soll im August 2026 starten und spätestens bis Ende 2027 abgeschlossen sein. Die GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft wird die zu erwerbenden Aktien ohne Herabsetzung des Grundkapitals einziehen.
