Bekanntmachung von Informationen zum Aktienrückkaufprogramm gemäß Artikel 5 Abs. 1 lit. b) und Abs. 3 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 596/2014 in Verbindung mit Artikel 2 Abs. 2 und Abs. 3 der Delegierten Verordnung (EU) 2016/1052
Erwerb eigener Aktien: 25. Zwischenmeldung
Marburg, den 06. November 2023. Im Rahmen des Aktienrückkaufprogramms der NanoRepro AG, dessen Beginn mit Bekanntmachung vom 28.04.2023 gemäß Artikel 5 Abs. 1 lit. a) der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 596/2014 in Verbindung mit Artikel 2 Abs. 1 der Delegierten Verordnung (EU) 2016/1052 für den 15.05.2023 mitgeteilt wurde, wurden im Zeitraum vom 30.10.2023 bis einschließlich 03.11.2023 eine Anzahl von 3.400 Aktien erworben.
Die Gesamtzahl der im Zeitraum vom 30.10.2023 bis einschließlich 03.11.2023 täglich zurückgekauften Aktien und die täglichen volumengewichteten Durchschnittskurse betragen:
Weitere Informationen über die einzelnen Transaktionen gemäß Artikel 5 Abs. 1 lit. b) und Abs. 3 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 596/2014 in Verbindung mit Artikel 2 Abs. 2 und Abs. 3 der Delegierten Verordnung (EU) 2016/1052 sind auf der Internetseite der NanoRepro AG unter www.nanorepro.com/investoren/aktienrueckkauf veröffentlicht.
Die Gesamtzahl der bislang im Rahmen dieses Aktienrückkaufprogramms im Zeitraum vom 15.05.2023 bis einschließlich 03.11.2023 erworbenen Aktien beläuft sich auf eine Anzahl von 139.792 Aktien.
Der Erwerb der eigenen Aktien der NanoRepro AG erfolgte durch ein von der NanoRepro AG beauftragtes Wertpapierinstitut ausschließlich über die Börse im elektronischen Handel der Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse (Xetra).
