Die NanoRepro AG (Symbol: NN6; ISIN: DE0006577109) gibt bekannt, dass Herr Andre Schulte-Südhoff gestern Abend angekündigt hat, sein Amt als Mitglied des Aufsichtsrats der Gesellschaft mit sofortiger Wirkung niederzulegen. Herr Schulte-Südhoff war seit dem 15. Juni 2023 im Aufsichtsrat der NanoRepro AG tätig. Im Jahr 2025 beteiligt sich die NanoRepro AG zudem an der hyped about science GmbH, einem innovativen Start-up im Bereich Kaltplasmatechnologie, das mit dem Produkt PHLAS eine neue Generation technologiebasierter Hautpflege und Aknebehandlung für Endverbraucher entwickelt. In dieses Gemeinschaftsprojekt bringt NanoRepro auch ihre Nahrungsergänzungsmarke alphabiol ein, wodurch ein ganzheitliches Produktkonzept rund um die Marke PHLAS entsteht.
