EQS-Adhoc: MLP SE: Vorläufiges Q2-EBIT des MLP Konzerns unterschreitet außerordentlich starken Vorjahreswert – EBIT-Jahresprognose 2025 bestätigt

EQS-Ad-hoc: MLP SE / Schlagwort(e): Vorläufiges Ergebnis/Quartalsergebnis Auf Basis vorläufiger Geschäftszahlen für das zweite Quartal 2025 erzielte der MLP Konzern ein vorläufiges Ergebnis vor Zinsen und Steuern (EBIT) von rund 5 Mio. Euro. Dieser Wert liegt unter dem außerordentlich starken Vorjahresquartal (Q2 2024: 11,7 Mio. Euro; Q2 2023: 5,0 Mio. Euro). Gleichzeitig bestätigt MLP die EBIT-Jahresprognose 2025.
Die EBIT-Entwicklung im zweiten Quartal 2025 wurde sowohl durch Erlös- als auch Kosteneffekte beeinflusst. Auf der Erlösseite sind dies insbesondere niedrigere Zinserlöse infolge des gesunkenen Zinsniveaus sowie deutlich niedrigere erfolgsabhängige Vergütungen. Erfolgsabhängige Vergütungen fallen für die Wertentwicklung von Anlagekonzepten im Vermögensmanagement an und sind zu einem hohen Anteil ergebniswirksam. Auf der Kostenseite wirkten sich insbesondere erhöhte Investitionen in die IT-Infrastruktur sowie IT-Beratungsleistungen, die verstärkt im zweiten Quartal angefallen sind, aus. Das vorläufige EBIT für das erste Halbjahr 2025 beläuft sich damit auf rund 43 Mio. Euro (H1 2024: 48,7 Mio. Euro). MLP bestätigt die für das Gesamtjahr prognostizierte EBIT-Spanne von 100 bis 110 Mio. Euro.
