November 2025 – Der Vorstand der Leifheit AG (ISIN DE0006464506) hat heute mit Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrats beschlossen, das Grundkapital der Gesellschaft von bisher 30.000.000,00 EUR um 2.490.000,00 EUR herabzusetzen. Die Kapitalherabsetzung erfolgt auf Grundlage der von der Hauptversammlung am 28. Mai 2025 erteilten Ermächtigung zur Verwendung eigener Aktien. Zu diesem Zweck werden 830.000 eigene Aktien eingezogen. Der anteilige Betrag des Grundkapitals je eingezogener Aktie beträgt 3,00 EUR. Das Grundkapital der Leifheit AG beträgt nach Wirksamwerden der Kapitalherabsetzung 27.510.000,00 EUR und ist in 9.170.000 auf den Inhaber lautende Stückaktien eingeteilt. Die Gesellschaft besaß zum Zeitpunkt der Beschlussfassung 866.318 eigene Aktien, dies entsprach etwa 8,7 % des Grundkapitals. Nach Wirksamwerden der Kapitalherabsetzung besitzt die Gesellschaft noch 36.318 eigene Aktien, was einem Anteil von etwa 0,4 % des herabgesetzten Grundkapitals entspricht. Zweck der Kapitalherabsetzung ist es, das mit dem Aktienrückkaufprogramm 2024 verfolgte Ziel umzusetzen, die Aktionäre über die Dividende hinaus an der guten Liquiditätssituation der Gesellschaft teilhaben zu lassen.
