Mai 2026 – Der DEUTZ-Konzern hat heute einen Kaufvertrag über den Erwerb sämtlicher Geschäftsanteile an der Maxi Trust Power Ltda. mit Sitz in der Stadt Curitiba im Bundesstaat Paraná, Brasilien, unterzeichnet. Maxi Trust Power ist ein führender Hersteller von Diesel- und Gasgeneratoren. Zu den Kunden gehören insbesondere Supermärkte, Bau- und Landwirtschaftsunternehmen. Der zu zahlende Gesamtkaufpreis liegt im mittleren zweistelligen Millionen-Euro-Bereich. Für die Übernahme ist eine Fremdkapitalfinanzierung vorgesehen.
