August 2026 – Die KAP AG wurde heute von ihrer Großaktionärin Carlyle Group darüber informiert, dass sie ein Aktienpaket an den Investor Tempus Capital GmbH verkauft hat. Mit Vollzug des Verkaufs verringert sich der Anteil, den die Carlyle Group an der KAP AG hält, auf 16,5 %. Tempus Capital GmbH erwirbt demnach 29,0 % der ausgegebenen Aktien an der KAP AG. Die Carlyle Group hat der KAP AG mitgeteilt, dass sie gemäß der getroffenen Vereinbarungen wirtschaftlich weiterhin an den verkauften Aktien beteiligt bleibt. Die Tempus Capital GmbH ist eine inhabergeführte Private Equity Gesellschaft mit Sitz in Frankfurt am Main.
