FRIWO-Aktien im Scale-Segment der Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse notiert
Ostbevern, 15. September 2026 – Der Vorstand der FRIWO AG (ISIN DE0006201106) – einem international agierenden Anbieter von Stromversorgungen und Ladetechnik – hat, wie bereits am 31. Juli 2026 angekündigt, Antrag auf Widerruf der Börsennotierung im regulierten Markt an der Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse, der Börse Düsseldorf sowie der Tradegate Berlin Stock Exchange gestellt und zugleich die Einbeziehung der FRIWO-Aktien in das Scale-Segment der Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse beantragt. Diesem Antrag wurde stattgegeben: Seit heute werden die FRIWO-Aktien im Scale-Segment gehandelt. Die Notierungen im regulierten Markt der Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse sowie an den übrigen genannten Handelsplätzen entfallen mit heutiger Wirkung. Mit dem Segmentwechsel sollen die laufenden Kosten und administrativen Anforderungen der Börsennotierung reduziert werden. Gleichzeitig bleibt FRIWO in einem qualifizierten Börsensegment und bietet Investoren weiterhin einen geregelten Kapitalmarktzugang und eine anhaltend hohe Informationstransparenz.
