infas Holding Aktiengesellschaft erweitert Vorstand und erwartet Veränderungen im Aufsichtsrat
Bonn, 13. Januar 2025 – Im Nachgang zu dem Vollzug des Übernahmeangebots der Ipsos Dach Holding AG („Ipsos“) erweitert die infas Holding Aktiengesellschaft („Gesellschaft“) (ISIN DE0006097108 / WKN 609710) den Vorstand und bereitet sich auf Veränderungen im Aufsichtsrat vor. Im Zuge des Vollzugs des Übernahmeangebots von Ipsos hat der Aufsichtsrat heute Christoph Preuß und Thomas Allerstorfer zu Mitgliedern des Vorstands der Gesellschaft bestellt. Christoph Preuß übernimmt die Nachfolge von Herrn Menno Smid als Vorstandsvorsitzender. Thomas Allerstorfer übernimmt ab 1. Mai 2025 die Rolle des Finanzvorstands. Die amtierende Vorständin Dr. Isabell Nehmeyer-Srocke bleibt bis 30. April 2025 Finanzvorständin und gewährleistet damit die Übergabe an Thomas Allerstorfer, so dass ab 1. Mai 2025 infas und Ipsos Deutschland unter einheitlicher Führung stehen. Darüber hinaus haben die aktuellen Aufsichtsratsmitglieder der Gesellschaft angekündigt, ihre Ämter kurzfristig niederlegen zu wollen. Die Gesellschaft bereitet sich daher auf die kurzfristige gerichtliche Bestellung von neuen Aufsichtsratsmitgliedern vor, die in Absprache mit Ipsos zur Bestellung vorgeschlagen werden sollen.
