Furthermore, the Supervisory Board of HORNBACH Management AG appointed Jan Hornbach (43) and Nils Hornbach (37) to the company’s Board of Management as of November 1, 2026. Both have been members of the Board of Management of HORNBACH Baumarkt AG since June 1, 2023 and will also remain in these roles. HORNBACH Management AG is the General Partner of the listed company HORNBACH Holding AG & Co. KGaA (ISIN: DE0006083405); it manages the business of this partnership limited by shares. HORNBACH Holding is the parent company of HORNBACH Baumarkt AG and HORNBACH Baustoff Union GmbH, as well as of other companies. Dr. John Feldmann, Supervisory Board Chair of HORNBACH Management AG comments: “Continuity and dependability are fundamental to HORNBACH. By appointing Erich Harsch, Jan Hornbach, and Nils Hornbach, we are taking due account of these values. Acting as a team with Chief Financial Officer Dr. Joanna Kowalska, they will successfully lead the family company well into the future.” Albrecht Hornbach, Chief Executive Officer of HORNBACH Management AG adds: “We have been working for some time now on structuring the succession for the family-run future of our group of companies. The appointment of Jan Hornbach and Nils Hornbach to the Board of Management of HORNBACH Management AG marks the continuation of a development we initiated in 2023 and represents a further milestone. With Erich Harsch, we have gained an experienced manager as CEO, one who will help shape the company’s development as it heads into the future.” Albrecht Hornbach has been at the company since 1991. In 1998, he became Chief Executive Officer of HORNBACH Baumarkt AG. In 2001, he assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of HORNBACH Holding AG. Following a restructuring, he was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of HORNBACH Management AG in 2015 and has since headed the group of companies. He has actively helped shape the process of managing the generational handover for several years now. Erich Harsch stresses: “As the Board team, we thank the Supervisory Board very warmly for the trust they have placed in us. We have worked together successfully in recent years and will uphold this cooperation. In these highly unsettled times, we are basing our management on a high degree of stability.
