KGaA (ISIN DE0006083405) erhält von der europäischen Ratingagentur Scope Ratings nach erstmaliger Bewertung ein BBB- Investment-Grade-Emittentenrating mit stabilem Ausblick. Die Ratingagentur reflektiert in ihrer Bewertung insbesondere gute Wachstumsaussichten und starke langfristige Fundamentaldaten, die breite geografischen Diversifizierung mit jeweils hohen regionalen Marktanteilen sowie die etablierte Omnichannel-Struktur. Scope Ratings hebt darüber hinaus die robuste Cash-Conversion sowie die starke Zinsdeckung hervor. „Wir freuen uns sehr über das Investment-Grade-Rating durch Scope. Es trägt der langfristig sehr guten und stabilen Entwicklung und der damit einhergehenden starken finanziellen Leistungsfähigkeit des Unternehmens angemessen Rechnung. Außerdem verdeutlicht es, dass wir für zukünftige Fremdkapitalfinanzierungen hervorragend aufgestellt sind“, kommentiert Mirko Sawary, Leiter Treasury und Corporate Finance der HORNBACH Gruppe. Neben dem Emittentenrating erhält HORNBACH ein kurzfristiges Rating von S-2 und ein Rating für langfristige unbesicherte Verbindlichkeiten von BBB-.
