März 2026 Die HORNBACH Holding AG & Co. KGaA (ISIN DE0006083405) hat ihre Gesamtjahresprognose vom 21. Mai 2025 auf Basis vorläufiger Zahlen erreicht. Die HORNBACH Gruppe steigerte ihren Nettoumsatz im Geschäftsjahr 2025/26 um 3,8% auf 6.433,9 Mio. EUR (Prognose: auf oder leicht über* dem Vorjahresniveau von 6.200,0 Mio. EUR) und erzielte mit 264,7 Mio. EUR wie erwartet ein Adjusted EBIT auf** dem Niveau des Geschäftsjahres 2024/25 (269,5 Mio. EUR). Im vierten Quartal (Q4) 2025/26 (1. Dezember 2025 bis 28. Februar 2026) ist das Ergebnis gegenüber dem Vorjahresquartal jedoch zurückgegangen. Der Nettoumsatz stieg in Q4 2025/26 um 3,8% auf 1.296,1 Mio. EUR (Q4 2024/25: 1.249,1 Mio. EUR). Dennoch konnten die gestiegenen Kosten nicht vollständig kompensiert werden. Das Adjusted EBIT sank daher um 4,3 Mio. EUR oder 14,0% auf -34,8 Mio. EUR (Q4 2024/25: -30,5 Mio. EUR). Saisonal bedingt ist das Winterquartal (Q4) regelmäßig das schwächste Quartal im Geschäftsjahr mit negativem Beitrag zum Adjusted EBIT. Prognose-Nomenklatur: * Umsatz: „Auf dem Niveau des Berichtsjahres“ = -2% bis +2% | „Leicht“ = +/-2% bis +/-6% | „Deutlich“ = >+/-6%.
