Dezember 2025 Der Nettoumsatz stieg in diesem Zeitraum um 2,2% auf 1.538,7 Mio. EUR (Q3 2024/25: 1.505,1 Mio. EUR) und fiel schwächer als erwartet aus. Damit konnten die gestiegenen Kosten nicht vollständig durch das Umsatzwachstum kompensiert werden. Das Adjusted EBIT sank daher um 21,0% auf 27,3 Mio. EUR (Q3 2024/25: 34,6 Mio. EUR). Die ursprüngliche Prognose vom 21. Mai 2025 bleibt bestehen. Der Konzern erwartet für das Geschäftsjahr 2025/26 weiterhin einen Nettoumsatz auf oder leicht über* dem Vorjahresniveau (6.200 Mio. EUR) und ein Adjusted EBIT auf** dem Niveau des Geschäftsjahres 2024/25 (269,5 Mio. EUR). Ein Adjusted EBIT in der oberen Hälfte der Prognose-Bandbreite ist damit aus heutiger Sicht nicht ausgeschlossen, jedoch derzeit nicht mehr das wahrscheinlichste Szenario. Prognose-Nomenklatur:
