EQS-Adhoc: HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft: HOCHTIEF increases operational net profit guidance for 2025

EQS-Ad-hoc: HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft / Key word(s): Change in Forecast The Executive Board of HOCHTIEF has today decided to raise its operational net profit guidance for the current financial year to EUR 750-780m (previously EUR 680-730m). The new guidance range corresponds to an increase of 20-25% year-on-year (2024: EUR 625m). The increase is driven by an updated assessment of the business performance in the fourth quarter of 2025 where the Executive Board now expects to see an acceleration of operational net profit growth versus the first nine-months 2025 period driven mainly by the very strong profit momentum at the Turner segment.
